Sunday Setlist

Marvelous Light (Hall)
Happy Day (Hughes)
It is Well (Fields)
O Praise Him (Crowder)

Not to Us (Tomlin)

It was youth Sunday, which meant we were all ready to go by 7 am. The church even applauded when I mentioned that every student was on time for rehearsal- showing their willingness to serve and give to God.

Even though we had 6 total vocalists on stage, the mix was solid (thanks Sean) and the girls each took turns leading verses to songs by themselves- and did an amazing job at it, not holding back and really singing out. We started "Marvelous Light" 2 minutes early just to see if we could encourage the church to get in the sanctuary on time which seem to help some because I noticed we were more full by the second song.

"Happy Day" was new to the church as far as I can remember, and it would be worth adding to the Sunday morning rotation. I was very pleased with how quick the new chorus to "It is Well" caught on and we will definitely be revisiting it again soon. All around I was very blessed with how well the church received and encouraged the youth that served.
